Implement consistency checking for instances which should have the same content
Different instances of the "same" folder (e.g. 1361, 1362, 1363; see below) may temporarily deviate in their contents. However, this should be fixed as soon as possible (e.g. when a folder instance comes back) and inconsistencies should not go unnoticed for a longer time. Thus, implement a corresponding consistency check. As an example, as of today the following command shows inconsistent folders:
